Rights and Obligations.

Rights and Obligations  are interrelated closely. When a person does not fulfil his

Obligations, others Rights spoiled. Islam has defined , the Rights and Obligations,

but the are usually spolied. Government officers have becom lazy.They do not pay

attention towards the welfare of people.Thus, the problems of people are increasing

da-by-day  instead of solving.

As a result, people face many difficulties.
